Default Diagnose bad motor mounts

How is there a way to determine bad motor mounts? My truck has been having a shaky idle for the last year and can't solve it at all. Changed everything now leading towards the mounts. Truck is an 06 fx4 5.4 3v.

You will see excessive twisting of the engine when the motors revved up. You will also see rips and tears in the rubber of the motor mount if its garbage...
Try holding your foot very lightly on the gas to see if it fixes the shaky idle.. Maybe your engine is idling too low due to a worn out throttle body, or bad TPS.

Still shakes when revving it up. Here's a pic of the driverside one.

Check the tranny mount too. You might be able to wedge the motor and tranny around with a long pipe or pry bar. You could also try jacking up on the oil pan to observe any movement.. But put a block of wood between the pan and the jack to keep from damaging the pan, and to spread the load out evenly... A 2x6 block would be perfect... Just be careful not to damage the pan...
The pics are not really showing anything obvious... Better pics might help..

Have you or had you noticed any sort of oil leaking??? These are hydraulic mounts and will leak hydraulic oil when bad. Mine just went on the drivers side, but haven't noticed any vibrations at all

The only place I could find the source of the leak was at the mount itself. I had no leaks anywhere else.
