Denso COPS, anyone used them?
I am in need of some new plugs and coils for my 08 F150 has anyone used Denso coils on their truck? I did some research and haven't really had luck with finding others that have used them. I hear to steer clear of Accel and knock offs.

Just put a new set of the ford suggested Motorcraft Platinum plugs, and a new set of Accel 140033-8 in my truck just 4 days ago, after pulling a P0304 code (Cyl # 4 misfire) and what a world of difference... Getting like 17 mpg on my '07 SC now ! I have only heard good things about Accel myself, AND you can get a set online for just over 2 hundos !
BTW, I did confirm that #4 COP was testing okay at Idle, but under a 2500 RPM load, it fell off drastically. Still had a miss after plugs... but after installing COPS, everything was good. when doing # 4 Cylinder, check the coolant hose right above it for leaks! If leaking, tighten, or replace clamp (suggest replacing clamp) This is typically the reason for the Coil failing!

Not sure about the Denso ones, but I was also looking for a good set of COP for less than motorcraft cost. I ended up buying the MSD set for a shade under $200. I have been driving on them now for almost a month and no issues. I looked at the Accel ones as well, but Amazon reviews showed a 10% failure rate on them out of box to 3 months in. (10% of all reviews had a 1 star and complaints of failure). I am very happy with the way my truck runs now I picked up some lost power and gas mileage. Unfortunately I still have not found what is causing a rough idle. It is not too bad but it still bothers me since I know it means I have an issue somewhere. (Next stop... 4 O2 sensors.) It seems Denso are the brand Walmart and Advance Auto sells after doing a quick google search.
