Default Chirping/Squeaking noise from 5.4

Hello, my engine is making a chirping sound when accelerating. It only makes the noise under a load, will not do it when revving it up. I have removed the belt and it stll makes the noise, so it is not anything belt driven.

I'm sure people will say cam phaser, but I personally don't think that's what it is. Here is a video of the same noise, caused by a loose spark plug. All my plugs are tight. Anyone had this noise?

Dang that sucks! I changed mine and put in motorcraft and had no problem with them in last 25k miles. I would put antiseize on your new ones and definitely go ahead and change all of them. Least you found the issue! Now just to fix it!
