Default Dash mounted compass/altimeter

I often travel to the Smokey Mountains and i was wondering if anyone knows where i can find a dash mounted Compass/altimeter? I am a former Jeep Wrangler owner. (as a second vehicle...my daily driver was a 1999 f150 scab 2wd 5.4l.). It had the custom dash mounted compass/altimeter, and I loved it. I recently sold both the jeep and my 99 f150 and bought a 2004 screw 4wd lariat. I'm looking for a custom style kit like the one that's made for the jeep or at least a decent universal one. Any ideas? Thanks.

I guess I should've specified that I wanted it analog. Sorry. I'm not much of a digital man. Also I was hoping to find one that was custom to the F150 like the ones for the jeeps.

I'm sorry. I should've been a little more clear. I meant digital as it pertains to gauges, meters, watch faces etc. Never even thought of the computer, tv, signal etc. aspect.
I appreciate you opening my eyes to the fact that maybe I am a "digital" man. Oh yea and thanks for the link.
