For dash/cluster/radio/arm rest lights, use the search. A person did this (and offered his services to perform this for you) on this forum about a year or so ago. Search on "LED lights" or "LED", or "LED CONVERSION". The thread (which included pictures) should pop up.
For programmer, contact the manufacturer. Most programmers came with a setup to change packround colors. Perhaps yours does not. It might help if you post the programmer brand you have. If you do not have the instructions for the programmer, google them; most have PDF instruction manuals you can download from their site.

To give you a quick idea what you're getting into, the cluster colors can only really be one color unless you remove the green film on the gauge face. The radio, A/C controls, *****, window controls etc... Are all LED and a bit more complicated to do. The gauges would be the easiest if you wanted green (brighter green)
