With 6000k white LEDs in all bulb sockets
Reassembly is the exact reverse. Very straight forward. Here's it all back together.
FYI even though I did, I'd highly recommend NOT touching the needles. I messed with mine a few too many times and ended up breaking a stepper motor (the thing that drives the needles) got a new one, but then ended up messing up the board. Ended up having to buy a whole new cluster and dealt with all that.

Nice pictorial write up! To anyone that replaces the bulbs, be sure to notice that the bulb used to light up the "info center" square at the lower right of your cluster is different from the rest of the bulbs; it's slightly longer, intended to burn brighter during daylight so you can read that area easier.
