A prime example of why it is important to tie down any load properly. Even a very heavy load can move.
Be glad it was just a bent box and broken window and not an emergency stop that put the load onto the cab and injured someone.
Strap your loads people!

Id rather be able to easily slide things in my bed and tie down when necessary than things not slide in my bed, but that's just me. No reason to blame the PO for this, just remember to tie down the load next time. Are you getting the bed fixed or just the glass?

i've seen spray in bed liners that stuff slid relatively easy and ones where it didn't (sometimes they appeared to be the same brand). I'm no expert but I believe they can build it up in a way that is more or less textured. the linex in my wife's truck doesn't offer much resistance to stuff sliding in or out.
sorry your window blew out man.

I'm just glad no one was hurt. A window can be replaced, a passenger or driver cannot.

Yea I wasn't going far at all. So Noone was hurt but the bed. I git the need bent back as much as I could for now. They came and put in a slider yesterday. I don't want rhinoliner but the other brand... Can't think of name but it is has more grip. We all learn.
But I did pick up need extender. And looking for roll bar.
