Damn I was pissed this morning!
On way was home from the cabin with my father, we stopped in Shawville/Quebec to meet a guy that will be helping us build my fathers cabin. He lives off a side road off the main highway. We took the side road and we believe we passed his place. The road was covered in ice and snow and it all looked flat. Well it was a narrow road underneath all the snow & ice. I went to do a 3 point turn and my right tires slipped and their went my truck right into the damn ditch. I was stuck! My differential & exhaust was jus slammed in the snow. Called my buddy but he only had a 2wd. A lady came buy and called her husband and he was over within 5 mintues with his loader and some chain. He pulled my truck out in 30 sec. The good news is the truck had no damage at all and is not making and noises at all. The guy also refused to take some money. You won't find that kind of help in the city, well not where I live. The most you will get is someone honking at you because you are slowing them down on their way to Tim Hortons! Here area a couple of pics before I was pulled out! I think I will be a little more careful. I could have been a lot worse!

Thanks guys.. I was upset more than anything. Can't believe I did this to my truck.. It was like -18 with the windchill to boot, so standing outside waiting was not fun! All I can say is these trucks can sure take a beating.

That was sure great of the guy to come give you a hand!
I remember last year, a guy's RV broke down in front of where I work, we went out and lifted the RV up with the bobcat and change the tire. It turns out he was a Budweiser distributer, and he sent over a few cases of beer a week later.
