Good news! I took it to another shop today. They swapped plugs #5 and #7 and the misfire moved to #5.

The plugs in it now are Autolite Platinum. Should I have the original mechanic that installed all the Autolite plugs replace them all? The mechanic today recommended Champion one piece. Any opinions on Autolite vs. Champion vs Motorcraft?

I personally stick with Motorcraft. Some people will say Autolites and Champions work great for them, but I've heard far too many complaints about their performance and misfires to bother with either of those. The only complaint I've heard of Motorcraft is they might break if left in too long. Using nickel anti-seize usually solves that though.
As for the original mechanic, I don't think I would get him to do anything else.

I've been running one piece champions for 56k trouble free. My main reason for changing brands was not wanting to deal with another stressful spark plug change. There was hardly no electrodes left on the original motorcrafts at 75k. Motorcrafts I think are usually decent but definitely not the one for the 5.4 application.
