Default Cylinder 7 Misfire

Whats going on guys, I'm new to the forum but heres my issue. So I have a 2004 F150 V8 Heritage edition. It was originally natural gas but has since been converted to unleaded. So a few weeks back I started getter a cylinder 7 misfire obd code. Since then I've replaced the spark plug and coil pack on cylinder 7 with no luck. I also tried switching the cylinder 7 coil pack with 5 to see if the misfire would move with no luck. Any idea what I could be facing?

Injector? Signal getting to the plug?

Surprised this isn't moved to the 97-03 section since he has a heritage. Anyway, its either something simple such as COP wiring, faulty injector or a valve has been dropped.

Default I would try a new injector on no 7

Then you may have to pull valve cover on drivers side . My no .8 had thrown the roller to one side on one of the intakes . But that was on a 3 valve engine, don't know anything about a heritage . You really need to find out if signal getting to no 7 coil first . You need to list computer codes here .
Good luck .

Yep, swap the injector. If the misfire doesn't move, check compression. Good luck!

Good advice here. Only difference is a 2 valve has 1 intake valve per cylinder and our 3 valves have 2 intake valves per cylinder. Probably should say a prayer for the injector being bad......
