lots of hostility and tension in the air lets all just be happy buddy buddy friends here.. what kind of custom tunes are you looking for just basic 93 performance, tow tune, economy, a canned tunner might not be such a bad idea if you cant find a shop as long as you dont have tons of stuff done to your truck

$400 is not peanuts and it does not take $1200 to get quality custom tuning for typical combinations.

No No.... no hostility but find it a little ignorant for people to assume something when they have no idea what work has already gone into something. Lets just sum it up like this. If you wanted a nice suit would you just buy one off the rack or would you go to a tailor and have one made for you? Like wise, if you going to tune your truck would you rather spend $300 on a boxed programmer or have something special built for your $40,000 truck that takes everything into conideration. And correct me if im wrong, but its only common to want to try and get the best thing you can for a minimal price. So in a sense yes, I am looking for the best for peanuts but isnt everyone else? Why spend more if you dont have to. And this website was found by a recommendation from my service rep at the dealership, no google searches here. So yes maybe i am overanalyzing things but i love my truck just as much as everyone else on here, so i will look at all options before i make a decision. And if that takes multiple threads and input from people on here so be it. Off my soapbox I now step... Oh yeah Chevy's suck and nobody is a good as the SEC

I would love to get a supercharger but i think the wife would kill me.. A trip to the beach looks alot better than a supercharger for her
