Great setup! I really like the auto leveling and as you mention you can tell how much air is in to give you a rough idea on pressure.

How does the valve tell the difference between a load and hitting a bump? When you hit a big bump/dip in the road, does it shoot air into the bags thinking a load has been added?

I agree with what you're saying however I would only be looking at the valve when stopped and loaded. I wouldn't be as concerned while driving (unless it exceeds the maximum of the airbags of course).

I am curious now though ... Does the valve move much if at all while driving? With the load shifting, the bags may morph rather than increase pressure. OP, any indications on that? The same concept as tires otherwise tire pressure sensors could set off when hitting bumps. Also same as filling a tire off a vehicle then putting it on. I don't believe the pressure shifts as much as the tire changing shape? I could be wrong. It will increase but is it significant?

OP says his valve is automatic adjusting.

Sorry, you're right. I was reading it on my phone. Unless there is a tolerance or delay, I could imagine it would adjust on bumps in this case too.

Thank you! Yeah its pretty cool, similar to how semi trucks use on board air scales, the system converts psi to pounds. Like right now its at about 30 psi and I put my 270 pound dirt bike and gear in the back and it reads about 45psi

It doesn't, but that also makes it ride better. you hit a bump and instead of getting a harsh upward rebound it deflates the bags slightly to bring it back level. I hit bumps and it does shoot a tiny bit of air in it, not much though. max 10 psi, probably literally only for 1/10th.
