Default Custom King Ranch interior in an Extended Cab?!

You all may appreciate this. King Ranch editions only came in crew cab. I custom fit a KR interior in place of my factory Lariat set up. Was one heck of a project, but turned out amazing. It wasn't as simple as an unbolt unplug and swap, it was a plethora of speed bumps to get these to work! If anyone needs help fitting KR seats into a SCAB, let me know!

Yours would be a simple bolt on install, maybe a little wiring. Crew cabs don't have the seat belt in the seat, so they're much easier to swap in!

Yeah, just gotta find a full interior!! Would like steering wheel as well as door panels too. Someone swapped my panels out and they don't have the wood grain accents. They are black. I have the wood grain dash bezel and want it all to match.

I bought the gauge cluster bezel that is leather wrapped and matches the seats to kinda offset all the brown to the tan. If I could fine a steering wheel too I'd be very happy. They're much more comfortable than the factory ones with that soft castano leather

eBay you can get a brand new one for about $500... I've been looking for a Lincoln wheel with the wood on the top.

I would love to hear more about this conversion / swap. Guessing you don’t have time to do a full on DIY write up, but any more detail you can share would be appreciated. 3 main questions or areas of interest:

1) how did you handle front seAt seatbelts?

2) are rear seatbacks a direct swap (if not, main diffs?) ?

3) were rear seat bottoms the hardest part?

thanks.

Looks to me like he took the foam and leather off the king ranch seats and reinstalled onto his supercab seat frames...

went back and looked closer at the pics. Appears you are correct about (at least) the font seats. I can’t tell about the tears though.

Regardless hope he’ll come back and share some more details. Looked really nice.
