Crew seats in supercab?

I have a supercrew and the seats are out of a crewcab. The more I get into this the more I realize I should just buy a leather seat kit and heated seat kit and put them in. I have a friend who has a crew that might take these seats - it is a heck of a deal at $400! Thanks for your help!!!
