Pulled a few codes as shown. Pulled the spare tire down just to check the fpdm and that is the new style with the spacers. So now what

So also sprayed a squirt of ether into the intake and it make the truck sputter. That made me come the conclusion that it's a fuel issue. I checked the fpdm and it was a revised one with the spacers between the studs. Didn't see a fomoco logo on it so it could be a dorman brand. Any ideas where to check next?

And you checked all fuses too eh? Wow. I'm stumped. Depending on where you jacked it up, did you pinch a fuel line under the truck putting your modifications in?

Reset the fuel shut-off switch in case it tripped?

Check the fuel pump operation, make sure it is getting fuel to the throttle body, also verify with a multimeter in volts DC mode, verify 12 volts are reaching the fuel pump when you crank the engine (placing the multimeter on the wire that feeds power to the fuel pump)

I checked a few fuses only fuse 9 and 12. I will have to bring my test light home to test them all. Look at the fuel lines and they were no where near where I jacked it upside tomorrow I will test for power and also pull the lines apart to see if fuel will Come out when crank after filter/before. Also will test fuel pressure at the rails. There's no Schrader bale on these trucks right?

There are fuses inside cabin and in the engine compartment (I believe). Check the owners manual and find out which ones deal with fuel delivery. Should only be one or two. Probably not the problem, but just being thorough.

Thanks for replying. I check again this morning and under the 4x4 control there are u codes, but that shouldn't cause the vehicle to not start I would think.
