What size lift would you guys say is on my truck. I bought it already lifted an im having trouble determining what it is. Im not trying to sound like an idiot either im just not that knowledgable on suspension stuff. The other question is what can i do to make my truck ride not as rough, it feels so stiff over rough terrain.

Some pics of the suspension would help. At a quick glance I'd guess it has a 6" pro-comp stage 1.
