COP's
What a terrible thing these COP's are.
Issue wasn't with my F150 but my 3.0L Escape.
One bad coil made the engine run rich and foul a set of plugs, engine bucked and sputtered. Then would kick in and run great only to go back to running bad in minutes.
Idle hunted between 450 - 800 RPM, white smoke (assuming unburnt fuel) out the tail pipe.
I would have sworn it was a blown head gasket!
Makes me want to order a complete spare set for my F150 and another for my wife's 500 just so I have them.
That engine ran perfect one day and was junk the next.
