You mean you are going to replace your catalytic converters on your 04 F150? If so, I'm in the same boat. My front left drivers side converter is on its way out. Since the 2004 has 4 converters, I'm thinking of removing all four, welding up two high flows, and going straight back with true duals and an H pipe to equalize the sides together.

Are you planning on keeping your converter replacement / exhaust stock?

I just had to do mine on my 08. My factory ones had blown their guts.. I went with magnaflow universals from summit racing about 150 each. I am running duals off the Cats no mufflers... super freaking loud now, has a little poppiness to it so i may throw some mufflers back on...

I cut the two resonators off mine shortly after I bought my fx4 three years ago and had it true dueled with two super 40's and it sounds great but I need to replace the cats now and thinking about putting hi flow cats on

I'll be putting these on my truck soon. Only reason I'm not doing a full deleat is for visual inspection

I ran those on my old welding truck I had a 460 in it and those converters made it sound good I also had them on my 03 Z71 and made a big difference in the sound.i wouldn't mind putting those on but there isn't any muffler shops around my area that will put them on

Yeah I was just gonna do a rear cat deleat but I'm worried about failing visual inspection, so I think I'm gonna go with all flow when I find a shop
