My opinion is 19k is too high for the following reasons. The damage to the rear fender, the damage to the drivers mirror, and those bed liners suck! They hold water in there and make the bed rust out faster. It does have low miles so its not to far off. Id have them fix the mirror for sure and Id check under that bed liner to so how much rust is there. Tires look ok but not what id expect for 19k. Id want new tires. Good looking fairly base model truck. I'd want those demands and then Id give them 18k. Again that's just my opinion and what I see that you could use to help wheel and deal with those dang salesmen.

I agree. the mirror is being fixed, anyway. I would ask for tires if I bite and taking up the bed liner is a great thing to check. Do they literally just lift up?

Not a bad looking truck, but I would be more willing at 16K and put on my tires of choice. That bed scratch would bother me, but wouldnt be a deal breaker.

I cant personally tell you how they come up. It looks like you could lift it up in the middle and back to get a general idea. I just have seen the aftermath of that kind of bedliner. It holds the moisture under it, mix in a little O2 and it will accelerate the rust process.

Yeah I didn't state but at 18k they would be tires of my choice. Never let the dealer put their cheapest pair on.

Definetly talk them down a few grand. That's pretty much a base model truck with a premium price tag.

For that price, I'd expect no scratches or tail gate bed rust. They are asking at the top end in pricing, and it's not a top end/perfect truck.

Low mileage is a plus, but not a 18K truck. Get them down a few grand.

Yea that bed liner is crap and it does hold water and other things under it. My truck came with it and I still have a lug nut that drives me crazy rattling around under it somewhere from when I purchased some rims. Also the liner will occasionally pop from under the edges at the top. As everyone else has said they are about 3K off on that price.
