Well after replacing the tcase shift motor, solenoid and ordering the vacuum reserve box, I finally fixed my 4x4, all over 1 carotid relay, hey I guess it didn't hurt to change everything, now I know I'll be all set for a while, anyways this forum is great and helped so much, love being on here, thanks everyone !

Was that corroded relay in the relay/fuse box under the hood?

yes not exactly sure if it was the 4x4 CCW or CW, took it out and had green s*** all over it, all the headaches over alittle relay

Feels great to fix something like that hey? I would double check everything around that box, to make sure water isn't getting in there somehow.
