Default Confirming no grease fittings on a 2007 F150 correct?

From what I research there are "0" grease (Zerk) fittings on a 2007 Ford F150. Can someone verify that for me?

If all parts are OEM, yes. If ball joints or other components have been replaced with non-OEM parts, it is very common to have grease fittings.

All 4 of my ball joints are greaseable now. I hit them with 4 pumps at every oil change.

See my 2006 I just changed oil today. Drivers side has zerks on upper and lower ball joints, and should have on the tie rod end(working on that lol). The passenger side (which has been hit before) doesn't have zerks on either ball joint, only tie rod end. So does that mean someone replaced ball joints on driver side? Truck has 105K
