I recently rear ended someone, had my bumper replaced and not long after it was repaired my AC went out. Finally got around to getting it looked at as summer is almost here and discovered the problem was a bolt had punctured my condenser.

I know my AC was working after the accident, and that it went out shortly after the bumper was repaired, but am curious if anyone can tell me if the bolt the repair shop put back in was the wrong length and that it was the reason it went all the way into the condenser. Here's a pic after we backed the bolt out a bit. It's the bolt that holds up the hood latch and the core support.
