Don't know if it's the best but I am probably going to be ordering a set from www.DDMTuning.com . From what I have read they have pretty good stuff plus it has a lifetime warranty.

I have them in my truck, and I know a lot of people on this site have used them also. We wouldn't recommend it if it wasn't.

+4 DDMTuning, if you get the Raptor Kit, Bi-Xenon be aware that your going to have to ground some of the wires on the Harness. The bracket for the inner 2 screws of the headlights are not sufficient.

if you wanna read through this post, not just the first comment/question. i know there was a bit of confusion between me and bucko, but this is what i had to do for my kit to be properly grounded. if you want me to post a pic of where i grounded it, ill be glad, just tell me

I'm not interested in the raptor kit. I really don't even know what it is. I think I'm going to order the 55w 5000k h13 and h10 with the high and low. I had 35w 6000k and I sold them because I didn't want the blue color anymore.

DDM offers 2 kits, the Raptor kit and the Slim Ballast Kit. The only difference is the size of the ballast. Otherwise, there is really no difference.
