Default Cold Air Intake

i recently bought an afe cold air in take for my 06 f-150, 4.6 liter and i was just wondering if this was a good choice. I read every customer review and every one was very pleased with it.

Of course it was a good choice... AFE is a good company and anything that makes your engine breathe easier is good!

It is a popular cold air intake that comes up here on this forum from time to time. If you were to search on modifications, you'd see it gets a good thumbs up recommendation.

AFE also offers a dry flow non oiled filter... The more I read into K&N, the more I want to steer away from oiled filters... But, I have never had a problem with any of the K&Ns I have used in at least 5 trucks... I just oil the non MAF side only tho...
