cold air intake

cold air intake
I am looking for some advice on a cold air intake for my 2004 f150 5.4l. When I raced cars I switched from a stock filter to a k&n. We had to go up in jet sizes from the hp gain. We dynoed and found we did definately gain hp and torque. I'd like to put a cold air intake system on the truck and was looking at the k&n, but I like what I've seen from the aem brute force model. It doesn't require a oil clean like the k&n which is good for the mass airflow sensor. Some sources I've seen claim slightly larger gains over the K&n. Any advice on which way to go?

I ran a complete airaid on my 07 F150. Loved it. I have owned Airaid, KN, AFE and bruteforce intakes and IMO i would suggest either AFE or Airaid. BUT thats just me. Hope it helps
