Default Coil Pack Problem On 2004 5.4 Litter

working on putting new plugs in a 2004 F-150 when putting the coil packs back on the driver side the very back one the bolt that holes the coil pack down some how stripped the threads out it is aluminum where the bolt goes can someone tell me how to fix it please. And by the way what a (GREAT) site for info. Thanks

Maybe try helicoil?

Don't know how much meat you're dealing with where those bolt in on a 5.4L, tap it out to the next size if you have enough to work with.

use a little bit bigger self tapping bolt...
