ok, i know its been covered and ive read them all but havent found the best solution, i have a 05 5.4, about 4 months ago truck was running rough i thought ok time for the phasers, put it off for a couple weeks then when im trying to park or move ahead at an intersection when i let off the gas it would run rough and once in a while stall.. if i popped it in neutral and reved the engine a bit and let off it would idle fine, so finally got everything changed 2 phasers 2 chains (turns out one was loose) new guides tensioners, arms and two vct solenoids.. well i still have the same issue and now ive changed both cam sensors.. truck runs fine till its at operating temp.. everything i see says new pcm new this new that.. well truth be told i cant just throw money at this and that guesses..ive heard putting in thicker oil.. which to me isnt a fix just a cover up. also the oil pressure gauge in the dash doesnt move when it acts up. is there any way to test the this or that theories? thanks for any input.
