I gave a 05 f150 and I just recently had to put a cam and all cam followers and lash adjusters in it and cam phaser lock outs. Well to day it throws codes p0011 & 21 which is camshaft over advanced bank one and two. What would cause this. It still runs fine

Sounds like it may be related to the lock outs. Usually if your phasers are failing or your losing oil pressure you end up with an over retard.

I can see your point. But I've look on other forums and they claim that theirs had not thrown any codes.

there are noisy phasers and there are phasers that have failed to the point that they cause severe performance issues and codes. I've had noisy phasers for over 75k with no codes or performance issues.

Could it be cam position sensor to cause it to throw the codes

Maybe. If the ECM is received bad data it may probably can't accurately control everything else.
