cluster swap
#31
Yea its just 8 screws, popping plastic off is the hardest part. Unplug your negative on your battery before you do anything, then there is two plugs of top of the cluster, and to take the drive selector out its just two taps you pinch underneath and it slides out. With xlt and fx4 its a no hassles if the fx4 didn't have auto air. I've found the models with center shift usually have the auto air so try to find a cluster that had the selector actually on the cluster. Center shifts with say fx4 there instead. I've seen with xl, stx that there is issues with dome lights and such but I'm no expert there. Your mileage will not read the same though! You will need the cluster reflashed for that. All in all it was a 10 minute process the color change will be the biggest pain lol
