Default Clunking noise over bumps after level kit?

Hey guys,
I just installed a 2.5' level in front and 3' blocks in the rear of my 06 f150 4x4 2 days ago.
I can hear a clunking nosie in the front end over bumps, mostly LF but RF too.
Thought it was sway bar links so I replaced them and noise still there. I got the guys to tighten the links as much as they could without breaking them. Noise is still there.
Has anyone had this issue after leveling the front and blocking the back?
I do have 4 new shocks and struts as well I did at the same time. Rancho RS5286 rear shocks and front struts RS5767.

Your upper control arms are topping out and hitting the stops (metal on metal) as you come off a bump and the suspension extends. Once you go past about a 2" level in the front this starts happeng, depending on the severity of the bump.Did you do a before and after measurement to determine yur actual lift? My 2" Tuff Country gave me an actual 2.5" and I occasionally get a pop when dropping off a curb a little too fast or something similar. Not that I EVER do such a thing...........

Try tightening the level spacer to the strut tower, it may have loosened some..
If the spacer has become loose on the strut itself you need to remove it to tighten all of those nuts.. But you can at least tighten 2 of them while its on the truck to check..

It could also be worn stabilizer bar bushings..

Level kits can be prone to some slight noise and or "clicking"
Some thin rubber washers at the 3 bolts to dampen/isolate the underside of strut tower and spacer contact area would likely cure any noise..

the rubber washer idea never, ever occurred to me. Interesting.

I would avoid any type of cushion between the tower and spacer. It will likely degrade over time and then the spacer will be loose.

It should last just as long as most bushings and grommets.. EPDM rubber would probably outlive the strut..

Hey guys
Update on truck
Checked lower ball joints they are both tight
New sway bar links and bushings
Noticed that the upper control arm is pretty close to the strut spring, there is about a finger width between the two.
When truck is jacked up on frame ( control arms hanging )the two are touching.
That noise is maybe the two touching? What you think?

Im thinking that once i put the 33x1250R20 tires on the increased height from my winters on steelies (275,65R18) will raise truck a bit more to raise the control arm from spring.
Please correct me if im w

Tire diameter will not correct suspension geometry unfortunatley. From the sounds of it, you need a shorter level.

I could go down to a 2" level, but is .5" going to make a big enough height difference so the control arm doesnt contact spring?
Its weird i have this issue as there are plenty of people with the 2.5" level on their trucks. Same years as mine.
