Does it only happen when you are rolling in 4hi and 4lo?

Like I posted earlier, check the boots on your CV joints for any rips or tears. I had that happen to me and it turned out to be a popping CV joint

All you will need to do is get underneath the truck and check both the front axels. each axel has to CV joints that are encased by an accordion type boot. Check to see if each boot is properly seated and clamped then inspect each one for obvious tears and/or rips. If you do have to replace the part, it's not entirely expensive (less than $100) and the work required isn't too intensive.

I'm not too mechanicly savy. I'll get under in the morning. Do I see if they move a lot or just for rip in the rubber? I'm gonna try and tape a camera under then front axle to see ifni can catch whats doing it and upload it.

You get a chance to look at it yet? If the boot isnt seated correctly you will be able to move it around, otherwise if its ripped it will be fairly obvious of its location.

This is what you dont want it to look like...
