if you do more searching on that car company you will find that they have a couple of different truck. the plaform is the same and the cabs are the same, but the sheetmetal on them resemble other american trucks. the other one that comes to mind in recent memory looks like a chevy colorado.

Yes, the J-20 has a lot of design cues from both the Raptor and Sukhoi, but I didn't know if people here really follow much on MiG or Su planes, so I highlighted the F-22. You're right.
Not many quality videos or even confirmed (by neutral Party) specs on the J-20 that I have seen.

You can copy the look, but it would be damned difficult to copy the total package.
Even the Sukhoi appears to be a stealthed SU-27 in the nature of Boeing's silent eagle project more than a true stealth design.

it is a conglomeration of other vehicles cobbled together. if you research the manufacturer you will see that they make "clones" of many other popular vehicles but on different platforms in sizes that sell popular over there. you are 100% correct in the fact that it is a compact pickup (actually smaller than an american size frontier, think older nissan hardbody size) with front & rear sheet metal meant to look like an F150.
