I'm hoping to get a lead in the right direction trouble shooting my climate control in a 2005 Lariat. Nothing is working, could this be a fuse??

Are you meaning the blower. If so there is a relay behind your glovebox. Squeeze the sides of the glovebox and let it drop open, you'll see a plug that goes into the duct work. Unplug it and remove the two screws and the relay pulls out. It should be a flat credit card size relay when you take it out.
