Default Clacking noise from front-left end?

When I take a fairly mild right turn, i get a metal clacking noise. Most of the time this happens when going upwards, but this also happens when simply turning.

Noise only happens when I turn right.
Noise comes from around the drivers side tire- front end.

-When the truck is in park and I jump on the steps and wiggle the truck- the noise won't happen. Only happens when I turn I guess?
I'm curious if this is a wheel joint or cv-joint or maybe a whole different problem

I will be honest and say that I had fallen asleep at the wheel about 3 months ago and hit a curb straight on with only that tire from about a 15mph roll- instantly woke up and corrected my steering.

Anyways, I was just wondering If anybody might know what could cause this..
Thanks!
