I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the chrome door handles I see on the trucks are basically just some that you peel the paper off of the back and stick on over the existing door handle? If so do you recommend any certain brand, if there even are different brands? And where can I look or what is a reasonable price to pay for the door handles as well as the tail gate and possibly the fuel tank, but I don't know if I will go with the fuel tank? Any suggestions or help will be appreciated, thanks.

There are two kinds you can get, real stainless and the stick on type. I have the stick on type since I couldn't find any for my 02'. Just depends on what kind of money you want to spend. The stainless has a duller finish than the stick on type. Check Ebay, or pick up a Truckin Magazine, they have a lot of ads for everything.

I bought the chrome tailgate handle off EBay... it's not a cover, but the whole chrome handle.. was lil 22.00 fits perfect.

F-150 store has the 8pc set for Super Crews for around 40 bucks.

If you want overlays, Patriotdecals.com can make em, they made the logo's for my truck and a few others here in the forums and pretty cheap...

Putco makes a good product. I did my whole truck with them 3 years ago and still look great!
