Default chirp noise with tuner?

Hi everyone, I have an Edge tuner I put on- I leave it on level 2 tow mode as I run 0-60 in stock at like 11 seconds, and now its 9.03 best for 87 octane.

Problem is if i ever floor it hard on the highway my undercarriage (?) makes a chirp or squeal noise? Anyone know wth this is?

Does it do it when the truck shifts gears? Mine will chirp the belt shifting into third if I floor it. I have an sct tuner running 89 performance tune.

I wasn't sure if it was the belt or the transmission shifting like it just squeaks for a second then goes away- but theres no jump or anything from the tranny.
