I guess if you are looking to do it as cheap as possible...you prob shouldn't do it.

A tuner is going to be $250-$500 depending on condition and what it is.
A CAI is going to be $100-$400 depending on condition and what it is.
A blower is going to be $3000 give or take.

The CAI may not work with the blower.

What is your goal? There are other components to look at as well depending on goals and budget.

I'm not on a major budget. I just don't wanna overspend on a product and then there's a cheaper product out there there's much better quality. I just wanna up the horsepower and gas mileage a little bit and from my research this is the best way to do it

Putting a blower on to raise gas mileage?

Blower=more air+ more fuel into the cylinders.

Not a recipe for better mileage.

I got a mod for MPG. Trade your truck off for an econobox.

The only way you would see an increase in MPG is if you keep your foot out of it and learn to hyper-mile.

What rpm do you start building boost in with your new Roush blower?

With a blower do you have to redo your tranny since they are pretty weak?

No. If you buy a blower and install it, as long as you maintain your truck you will be fine. However, start raising boost and the life span goes down. I think Blown Ford was saying about 450whp is when things start to go south?

If you want longevity, do not mod your truck.
