personally everything you want sounds great except for the CAI. I would look at the Gotts mod for your intake and try that first. Total cost for this about $6.00 I did it on my wifes 07 Screw 4x4 with a 4.6 and noticed a vast improvement. All you have to do is take the tube off the end of ur filter box and replace it with a 3" pvc pipe cut 4.5" long. You will need to sand the end of it down considerably to get it to fit into the original hole. But the work saves you $250.00.. You dont get any of the engine heat this way either. You can go to FordF150.net to look up the Gotts intake mod.
