Im hating the truck cuz after a couple weeks I bought it engine died, had to get a complete rebuild, and couple months ago transmission died, just replaced tranny and on my way back from picking it up i get this now, it hasn't even been a year since I bought it

I'd check the three large connectors to the PCM/ECM thats mounted on the passenger side firewall. If it was hit with the high pressure water, then those three connectors may be affected. Remove them, inspect, and plug back in.

Like Bucko said... disconnect the ECM connectors and clean and inspect/dry out.. re-apply dielectric grease on seals. You stated you use an electrical cleaner on the MAF ? they make MAF cleaner..I would also pull and clean the throttle body with TB cleaner.. water may have made it up there also.
