Hey any of you guys good at reading trouble codes? I own a 2004 ford f-150 2 wheel drive, heritage. It's reading a code of p2197 ,1 of 3, o2 sensor stuck lean, ( bank 2 sensor 1 ). These sensors are a pricy item to buy. So would like to get some info on how to figure out witch one to replace. Any info will be apreciated. Thanks Brickchoper Oh yeah it's a 6 banger.

Dude, come on. You have to understand that 1. people on here are mostly doing the same thing you are. Asking questions with what is wrong with their truck. 2. Visiting the forums while searching for answers in the threads. 3. Answering questions for people who are issues with their truck.

The majority are number one and two. The other per cent are the techs or mechanics who work till 5 and start answering questions when they get home. Alot of questions are not answered right off the bat. You have to have patience. There are some wonderful and helpful people on this forum.

Its really not cool to get mad and take it out on the guys here for not being to answer your question in a timely manner. You will get way more help on here if you are a little bit nicer.

I have been on here since March and have received an ungodly amount of help from a alot of people on here.

NOW.... AS far as your question regarding your issue. What did you do to fix it yourself? That way people who search the forums who might be having the same issue can use that information to fix their truck.

Have a great one!
