Check engin light on?

How do I get the message viewer to tell me what code is faulted? 06 Fx4 f-150

youll need a code reader to read what code is being thrown there isnt a way to get the message center to tell you. Autozone or advanced auto will do it for free.

Thanks I would have thought you could got the code from the truck some how. I got a reader in the shop guess I'll get it out. I'm thinking it's going a miss fire.
