Default Cheap Saturday Project

After looking around at different headlights, I decided to just paint my stock ones. Cost me a half can of spray paint, and some silicone. I think they turned out pretty well. I was pretty surprised how just a little paint can really change the look. Also plastidipped my front and back emblems since they were all peeled and faded anyways. Its all stuff that's been done many times, but figured I would share the results of something that cost me under $20 but really improves the look.

After

It said premium waterproof silicon on the tube. has the GE symbol on it. Said sun and freeze proof, so figured it would work fine. I used the clear. For paint i used the Rustoleum x2 cover paint/primer combo in flat black.

Pick up a set of chrome stealth bulbs for those directionals to really finish it off.

Nice job! I want to do that but I keep hearing how hard it is to open the headlights so it is scaring me off.
