Gryphon canned tune Level 2 has gearing set at 3.73, my truck is 3.55 - should I change the setting or ?

yup change it to the proper gearing.

I updated the tire size as well. The other settings I am not up to speed on just yet, so I'm going to leave them alone. Unless anyone has a few tips.

hello! a greeting! One question... I have a 2007 fx4 5.4 with a ratio of 3.73. I change the rims 18 to 24”, and a 295/40r24 tire. I recently had to change the pcm, but when configuring it I had the error of selecting 3.55 as the ratio. Will I have any problem if I keep that configuration? And if so, what would they be? What specific signs and/or symptoms? In advance thank you very much for your attention. 👍
