I didn't watch all of that, but having just done a pan drop and filter change I think some things of importance to know are:

Ford will not change your filter. They will only use the flush machine. The flush machine will have some fluid in it from the previous flush and you won't know if it's the type of fluid in your truck.

Independent shops will drop the pan and change the filter, but often use bulk fluid and it's not Motorcraft.

IMO it's always better to drop the pan and fill with individual bottles. It doesn't get all of the fluid out, but at least you know what fluid is going back in it.

I always flush, but I also regularly flush my automatic transmissions.
