ok heres a new update..the shop called and said the trucks done only code is the throttlebody I have to take it to a dealer to get it fixed...I drove it right across the street to advanced auto and scanned it..here are the codes on it now/p0010/p0020/p0102/p0135/p0155/p0443/p0446/p2106..i drove it back across the street and the guy said..its because the guy I bought it from never changed the oil and thiers debree/dirt plugging up the ports.helied to corporate and said it was just a throttlebody code.and as they only fixed the camfasers timing chains and sylinoids that it has nothing to do with it.i asked the lady from corporate that if I drive it and a timing code comes up then what..she said well cross that bridge when we get to it..i think Monday ill be calling the better buissnes bureu.any thoughts?ohh and I did go to a ford dealer and the mechanic I spoke to said there feeding me bs

Are you serious? Every last one of those codes are "CIRCUIT" related - including 'possibly' the last one.

Cam position actuators on both banks, Mass Air flow sensor, O2 sensor heater circuit on both banks, EVAP canister purge valve, and EVAP vent control circuit !!

Did they NOT plug any of the sensors and electrical connectors back together except the starter?

Look each one up on http://www.autocodes.com

If a shop gave my vehicle back to me with all those current DTC's, I'd drive straight to a lawyer's office - not the Dealer.

so do you think there is any truth to the oil having sludge/debree plugging up the ports?because I went right across the street and the guy their said that that's where they bought the p[arts and they did buy new sylinoids.

I wasn't (and can't) pass judgment on that. I was just saying that I have serious question (and doubts) about anything that shop said if they did work on your truck and return it to you with that string of codes. Even if they saw all the electrical circuit problems, they could not have known they successfully repaired them unless they cleared the codes and ran it again. What does that tell you about how careful they were with anything?

I personally do not believe "sludge" occurs 'inside' oil passageways - where oil is usually HOT, UNDER PRESSURE and moving along pretty good. Sludge does not 'occur' under those circumstances and its hard to get in there against the pressure. What is a concern though is when one is opened up, if cleanliness and care is not observed, junk and debris can get into passageways. No doubt that will create problems (at solenoid screens or tensioners or Phasers). But my opinions about slugged up passageways are described pretty well here: https://www.f150forum.com/f4/final-r...3/#post4702754

What you need to do is clear codes, and attack fixing 'circuit' oriented codes one at a time as they reappear. If you've got electrical connection problems in the MAF, O2 sensor heaters and other stuff - possibly including the throttle body -- ALL BETS ARE OFF. - JMO -
