Default center shifter chrome cap on top?

I need some help. I broke the chrome cap on top of my shifter on my 2005 FX4. I went to the dealership to try and get it replaced but naturally that don't sell just the cap, they sell the whole thing which is like 63.00. Does anyone know where I can get just the cap??? Please let me know. crockett26@hotmail.com
