Default Vibration when downshifting out of overdrive

I've been having an intermittent vibration problem when my truck downshifts out of overdrive for a few months now. It doesn't happen on a regular basis and it only happens when downshifting out of overdrive. All other downshifts have never experienced this problem. When it happens, it's been as mild as just a very minor vibration that someone who doesn't drive my truck all the time like I do would even notice to a very strong vibration that will vibrate the whole truck. It feels like it's coming from the rear-end of the truck when it happens but I'm not sure if it isn't something going on with the tranny. Anyone else ever experienced something like this?

I'm also running an edge on tow mode, but I turned it back to stock a couple weeks ago to see if I still had the problem, and it did, so I'm assuming it's not a problem with the tuner.

Neither...it's when I've got my foot on the gas and I give it more to speed up so it will downshift to pick up rpm's and speed. It occurs briefly during the shift.

No I haven't taken it anywhere yet. I have an extended warranty on it, but from my past experiences with shops, if you can't get it to re-create the problem while it's at the shop, there's nothing wrong with it. I'm trying to avoid paying my deductible on my warranty for them to tell me there's nothing wrong with it.

Yes very good, well I'd say that band may be bad, something else could be sticking and causing it to come out gear hard.

I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place now because I would kind of like whatever it is to just break so the shop will know what to fix, but at the same time I have this bad feeling that they will say that my lift has caused the problem and I will have to pay for it...and i'm sure it won't be a cheap fix. On the other hand, if it does break, I'm sure it will wait until I'm traveling away from home when it does so it will end up being a huge inconvenience for me. If I take it in now, I figure they will just say everything is working properly and charge me my deductible for nothing.

After a $2300 tranny rebuild, it's fixed. Too many parts to list them all out.
