I've checked every fuse and I found only one to be blown. I replaced it and that restored my brake lights, but I still don't have power to my windows, radio, a/c, entire dash (speed-o, tach, etc.,) interior lights, or third back-up lamp. In the summer, without being able to open the windows or turn on the a/c, the truck is still undriveable. I plan on checking tomorrow to see if all of the fuses are getting power, as I suspect that many are not. I'll update then

Did the rain get into a harness connector? Did you check the fusible link that runs from the battery to the fuse block?

Also pull your sill plates, water may have gotten down there.

update on the situation, i tested the fusebox, and, just as I suspected, a number of fuses are not getting power. I traced the fusebox main power feed all the way back to the battery and it looked fine, so I'm not sure where the power loss is coming from. Any suggestions or things to try?

Did you pull your sill plates and look for condensation?

Yeah, I pulled up all four sill plates and I didn't notice any moisture or signs of condensation

There is a big rubber plug under the carpet on the driver's side that has a bunch of wires running through it to the underside of the truck. At least mine has this, not sure of newer ones. Maybe check there to see if any wires are pinched or frayed. Not sure if any of the wires there control any of your failing electronics, but it is worth a look.

Is it possible the fuse box shorted out and has to be replaced? btw for anyone who wants to learn something from my misfortune it's not to buy a garbage made in china aftermarket third brake light that requires you to take it off and recaulk it after 2 weeks

Possible BCM issues? How much water did get into your truck?
