Cheap suspension lift would be www.ZoneOffraod.com 4" lift is $1299 and 6" is $1399.

I'll be getting the 4" in the future from them. They are very well made kits.

2 inch for 06-08. They require a little less level than the 04-05 as Ford changed the rear leaf packs in 06. My 06 is level measured from top of tire to wheelwell.

There are a lot of options for leveling kits, I just put a 2.5 rough country on it looks pretty damn level. It was about 100 bucks for the spacers and I installed myself then took it to get an alignment. A less expensive option is Hell bent steel (online only) they offer leveling kits for the truck ranging from 60-80 dollars, either a 2.5 or 3 inch. It was I was originally going to get but didn't want to wait so I went to my local off road shop and picked up the rough country and installed it that day. took about 3 hours total to install.

It seems good gave it a real nice stance, nice and level I was concerned about the spacer compressing since its a fiberglass/plastic composite mix or somthing like that but it has a lifetime warranty so if it does I'll have it replaced, when I talked to the company they said they fixed that issue not a few years ago with the new materials used to construct the spacer.
here is a pic of it sorry its on my drive which is uphill

They say not to go above 2.5 inches due to the harsh angle with the 3" kit.

3" pro comp makes mine sit perfectly level. not long after i put it on i had to get new ball joints but it wasn't because of the level, they were already wore out getting close to 100k. so far no problems though, and gives it a good stance.
