Cat/O2 Delete
What programmer deletes the Cat errors code so the a/f mixture is right?
Am I correct if I remove the rear O2s then delete the cats?

A custom tune would be needed to correct the cat delete code but you can use 2 spark plug antifoulers to achieve the same thing.

X2. I have custom tuning written around my rear O2s, but those non-foulers work for some folks as well.
